Cape Fear Auto Clinic & Tires made the whole experience super easy and stress-free. Everyone was professional, honest, and very helpful from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, got the work done quickly, and my car is running great. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this place definitely earned my confidence. Highly recommend if you want reliable service and great customer care!

I’m almost grateful for the bad news I got two weeks ago: “Surprise - you need a new engine!” because it brought Cape Fear Auto Clinic into my life. I came to them completely stressed out, scrambling, and realizing in real time how much not having a vehicle will mess with your life. They immediately put me at ease. They were like: “Dude, take a deep breath. Here’s what’s going to happen. Step one…” From the start, they were incredibly responsive, transparent, and straightforward about pricing. Their quote came in on the lower end of the estimates I received and dramatically less than one other reputable shop I spoke with. What really blew me away was the level of service. The repair took about half the time I expected, and someone from CFAC checked in with me by text at least once a day with detailed updates and real-time progress reports. I’ve been without a trusted go-to mechanic for a long time, and it’s a huge relief knowing I can take my Jeep to CFAC with complete confidence that the work will be excellent and the pricing will be fair. This Small auto repair shop is one of the best in town. I brought my 2012 Audi Q5. There are several times for different reasons and from the young lady who answers the calls to the technicians that worked on my vehicle all were extremely polite and professional. The owner is extremely fair, honest and gives you affordable rates. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicle here.

I’ve been coming here for a couple of years, and they’ve always taken great care of my car. The work is solid, done on time, and they’re always honest about what’s needed no upselling or games. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys have earned mine. Great service every time. Highly recommend.

unfortunately, i had to retract my previous positive review of this shop. The repair was completed and the initial interactions with the shop were positive. However the clutch never felt right after that. I went back and forth with the shop and they assured me it was fine. now 4 months later the clutch failed. They are blaming me after 3k miles and are not standing behind the 12k mile 12 month warranty explicitly stated on all of there documentation. I will have to now pay out of pocket somewhere else to hopefully have this repaired correctly this time. Just know that the 12k mile warranty is not going to be honored if you go to this shop because they will say that maybe you just aren't a good driver.
